Clarifi™ is AgilOptics™ closed-loop adaptive optics system. Three levels of sophistication are available for operation between 400nm and 1064nm.   The system consists of a Unifi™ (deformable mirror and driver), one of several input sensors, and a laptop or desktop PC preloaded with the appropriate Clarifi™ software. Software upgrades are free for 1 year from delivery.

Clarifi™

Clarifi 3D™ is AgilOptics' most advanced wavefront correction system that can:

• sense and display incoming beam profiles using an AgilEye™ Wavefront Sensor.
• decompose the wavefront into 14 or more Zernike polynomial coefficients in real time to determine the wavefront shape
• deform the deformable mirror to correct the wavefront at speeds in excess of 20Hz
• utilize either a Hartmann or Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor to sense the wavefront

Clarifi 2D™ is AgilOptics' beam shape correction system that can:

• sense and display an incoming laser beam shape using a far-field spot camera
• utilize predetermined custom metrics to control mirror adjustment
• deform a mirror to correct the beam for best quality at ~20hz

Clarifi 1D™ is AgilOptics' basic design for improving the coupling of laser energy into an optical fiber. The compact system can:

• sense the light intensity coupled into the fiber with a photo detector
• deform a mirror to maximize light intensity at ~60hz
• activate each mirror actuator, one at a time to continually optimize the coupling, especially tip, tilt, and focus
