Planned and helped field system for taking images of satellites from specially dedicated ground telescope site. Identification, Friend or Foe Developed interrogator and transponder for optically identifying personnel or vehicles remotely. Participated in exercises at White Sands Missile Range where underground bunkers were demolished by ordnance delivered from strike aircraft. Developed specifications for optical components. Interfaced with potential vendors, reviewed proposals, prepared requests for information, visited contractor sites. Provided technical review and recommendations for optical coatings, substrates, and polishing procedures, and acceptance procedures. Evaluated vulnerability and hardness data and set performance limits.
Semiconductor and Chemical Laser Device Analysis and Support - Experimental support of external cavity laser diode work in support of long laser concept development. Several years experience in the development of high power chemical lasers (primarily HF/DF) including high power resonator invention and design. Weapons Class Laser Applications. Provided SETA support to the Alpha and Lamp space based chemical laser development. Participated in the design and testing of the MIRACL, NACL and BDL lasers at TRW. Systems development of FELs, COIL and NPB directed energy weapons.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dennis Mansell - Mr. Mansell is AgilOptics' President and Chairman of the Board. He co-founded AgilOptics, known as Intellite at the time, in March of 2000 and became a full-time employee in February of 2001. From 1991 to 2001, he was the Senior Scientist and Imaging Systems Department Head at Logicon RDA. Mr. Mansell worked for Hughes Aircraft in 1987 and stayed there until 1991 as their Senior Program Manager. He was with TRW from 1971 to 1978 and from 1985 to 1987 in the Optics and Directed Energy Laboratory as Senior Staff Scientist. Mr. Mansell was the Manager of the Regional Office at UTRC from 1980 - 1985. He was stationed at the Air Force weapons lab from 1967 to 1971 in the laser section.
Dave Meurer - Dave Meurer is currently with zoom strategies in Albuquerque, NM. He formerly was a Principal Consultant for Y2Marketing, currently # 42 on the INC. 500 list of fastest growing private companies. He has hands-on experience in all facets of business having built, successfully run, and sold four technical firms over the past 20 years. As a serial entrepreneur, Dave is well versed in the business challenges faced by start-up high tech companies. He is also keenly aware of the need to develop a staff that builds corporate value as well as building products that deliver value to its customers.
Brad Steward - Mr. Steward is currently with Steward Consulting, located in Albuequerue. Hew was most recently CFO of Summit Electric, headquartered in Albuquerque, NM. Before that he was Director of Finance for Boeing-SVS, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM. Mr. Steward is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, general management, information systems, SEC reporting and various SEC filings. From 1997 to 2000, which was prior to Boeing-SVS, Inc., Mr. Steward was the Vice-president, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of SVS, Inc., a company that was sold to The Boeing Company in July 2000. During 1997 Mr. Steward was the Vice-president, Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Secretary of Solv-Ex Corporation, an SEC registrant with international operations. >From 1984 to 1997, Mr. Steward was a Senior Manager in KPMG's Information and Communication Practice. His clients ranged from Fortune 500 to small family-owned operations. Mr. Steward was a National Instructor for KPMG and today assists in instructional activities at the Boeing Leadership Center. Mr. Steward is a Certified Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Facilitator. Mr. Steward has a BBA in both Finance and Accounting, and a MBA in Human Resource Management.
SENIOR TECHNICAL STAFF
Keith Bush – Senior Optics Engineer
(1985-1991) Graduate study, Optical Engineering, University of New Mexico (1976-1977) Graduate study, Electrical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology B. S. (1976) Applied Physics, Optics concentration, Georgia Institute of Technology Has 27 years of professional experience in optical system modeling, simulation and analysis for Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs. Most recently, he has led Micro-ElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) electrostatic Deformable Mirror (DM) development and modeling for AgilOptics SBIR Phase II. He also provides modeling and analysis support to the AFRL Surveillance Technologies Branch (DESE) in the areas of non-conventional active imaging, image processing, wave optics simulation and field data analysis. He specializes in using wave optics techniques to simulate physical effects on active optical system performance for the purposes of system design and for analysis and understanding of data from active system field experiments.
Michael Schoen – Senior Electrical Engineer
Graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering, University of Wyoming, 1983. Analog circuit design engineer with 19 years experience in electronic engineering in the areas of motion control, power electronics, analog design, control systems, digital signal processing, digital/analog and micro controller software and hardware design.
Harvey Packard – Senior Software Engineer
BS, New Mexico State University, Computer Engineering, 1973. Senior software engineer and a senior computer engineer with 30+ years of design, development, and operational experience in real-time data-acquisition and analysis, command and control, data communications, graphics, and simulation systems. Fluent in C/C++, FORTRAN, and several assembly languages.
